BetSync Slot Challenges Module Guide

Overview

The Slot Challenges module lets you create slot game challenges for your audience. Viewers can attempt to hit specific multipliers on designated slots to win prizes, increasing engagement and participation.

Accessing the Module

1. Log in to your BetSync admin panel

2. Go to "Modules" in the sidebar

3. Select "Challenges"

Dashboard Elements

The dashboard shows:

• Stats Cards: Active, upcoming, and claimed challenge counts

• Challenge Table: List of all challenges with details and management options

Creating a Challenge

1. Click "Add Challenge" in the top right

2. Fill in the following details:

   • Slot Name: Name of the slot game

   • Slot Image: Upload an image or provide URL

   • Time Period: Set start and end dates

   • Requirements:

     • Minimum Bet: Lowest qualifying bet amount

     • Target Multiplier: Required multiplier to win

     • Prize Amount: Reward for completing the challenge

   • Status: Initial challenge state (Upcoming or Active)

3. Click "Save"

Managing Challenges

Edit a Challenge

1. Find the challenge in the table

2. Click "Edit"

3. Make your changes

4. Click "Save"

Challenge Statuses

• Upcoming: Scheduled but not yet started

• Active: Currently running

• Claimed: Completed by a viewer

• Expired: Ended without being claimed

When a Challenge is Completed

1. Edit the challenge

2. Change status to "Claimed"

3. Search for and select the winning viewer

4. Save the changes

Delete a Challenge

1. Click "Delete" on the challenge

2. Confirm the deletion

Tips for Effective Challenges

• Set achievable multiplier targets

• Allow enough time for completion

• Offer rewards that match the difficulty

• Announce challenges during streams

• Feature different slots regularly

• Keep challenge statuses updated
