BetSync Balance Tracker Module

Overview

The Balance Tracker module is a comprehensive solution designed to help you monitor, analyze, and visualize your balance changes across multiple casino platforms. This tool allows you to track your gambling bankroll performance over time, identify profitable and unprofitable periods, and maintain detailed records of your balance history.

Accessing the Balance Tracker

To access the Balance Tracker module:

  1. Log in to your BetSync admin panel

  2. Navigate to the "Modules" section in the sidebar

  3. Click on "Balance Tracker"

Using the Balance Tracker

Date Range Selection

The Balance Tracker allows you to view your balance data for specific time periods:

  1. Use the date picker in the top right to select your desired date range

  2. Click "Apply" to update all statistics and visualizations based on the selected period

Adding a New Platform

Before adding balance entries, you need to set up the platforms you want to track:

  1. Click the "Add Platform" button in the top right corner

  2. Enter a name for the platform (e.g., "Stake", "Roobet", etc.)

  3. Optionally add a description to help identify the platform

  4. Click "Add Platform" to save

Adding Balance Entries

To record a new balance:

  1. Click the "Add New Entry" button in the top right corner

  2. Select the platform from the dropdown menu

  3. Choose the date for the balance entry

  4. Enter the starting balance amount

  5. Click "Add" to save the entry

The system will track all subsequent entries for the same platform, automatically calculating ending balances as new entries are added.

Editing Balance Entries

To modify an existing entry:

  1. Find the entry in the Balance Entries table

  2. Click the "Edit" button in the Actions column

  3. Update the information as needed:

    • Platform

    • Date

    • Starting Balance

    • Ending Balance (if applicable)

  4. Click "Update" to save your changes

Deleting Balance Entries

To remove an entry:

  1. Find the entry in the Balance Entries table

  2. Click the "Delete" button in the Actions column

  3. Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears

Note: Deleting an entry may impact the continuity of your balance tracking. The system will attempt to adjust calculations accordingly.

Understanding the Dashboard

Key Metrics

The Balance Tracker dashboard displays several important metrics:

Current Balance

The most recent balance value across all platforms.

Net Profit/Loss

The total profit or loss during the selected date range, calculated by comparing the first and last balances in the period.

Best Day

The day with the highest positive change in balance during the selected period.

Worst Day

The day with the largest negative change in balance during the selected period.

Balance Chart

The interactive area chart visualizes your balance over time:

  • The X-axis represents dates

  • The Y-axis represents balance amounts

  • Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact balance on a specific date

Balance Entries Table

The table at the bottom of the page provides a detailed record of all balance entries:

  • Date: When the balance was recorded

  • Platform: The casino platform associated with the entry

  • Starting Balance: The balance at the beginning of the period

  • Ending Balance: The balance at the end of the period (automatically filled for subsequent entries)

  • Profit/Loss: The change in balance (positive for profit, negative for loss)

  • Change %: The percentage change in balance

  • Actions: Options to edit or delete the entry

Exporting Data

To export your balance data for external analysis:

  1. Select your desired date range using the date picker

  2. Click the "Export Data" button in the top right corner

  3. The system will generate and download a CSV file containing your balance data

Best Practices

  • Regular Updates: Add new balance entries at consistent intervals (daily, weekly) for the most accurate tracking

  • Multiple Platforms: Create separate entries for each platform to track performance across different casinos

  • Consistent Timing: Try to record balances at the same time of day for more meaningful comparisons

  • Complete History: Avoid deleting entries to maintain a complete historical record

  • Regular Analysis: Review your performance data regularly to identify trends and adjust your strategy

Troubleshooting

Missing Data Points

If you notice gaps in your chart:

  • Ensure you've added entries for all relevant dates

  • Check if you've accidentally deleted entries for certain dates

Incorrect Calculations

If profit/loss numbers seem incorrect:

  • Verify the starting and ending balances for your entries

  • Check that entries are in chronological order

  • Ensure you've selected the correct date range for analysis

Platform Not Available

If you can't find a specific platform in the dropdown:

  • Click "Add Platform" to create the missing platform

  • Check if you've accidentally deleted the platform
