Affiliate Management Documentation

Overview

The affiliate management feature allows you to create and manage affiliate programs that will be displayed on your homepage. Affiliates are partner programs that offer special benefits to your users.

Accessing Affiliate Management

To access the affiliate management section:

1. Log in to your admin panel

2. Navigate to "Customization" > "Affiliates"

Managing Affiliates

Viewing Your Affiliates

The main affiliate page displays all your configured affiliate programs in a table format, showing:

• Order position (used for display order)

• Logo

• Name

• Benefits (showing the first 2 with additional count)

• Status (Active/Inactive)

• Actions (Edit/Delete)

Adding a New Affiliate

To add a new affiliate program:

1. Click the "Add Affiliate" button in the top-right corner

2. Fill in the following information:

   • Affiliate Name: Enter the name of the affiliate program (e.g., "Roobet")

   • Logo: Upload a logo image file (PNG, JPG, or SVG) up to 2MB

   • Benefits: Add multiple benefits by typing them in and clicking "Add Benefit"

   • Redirect URL: Enter the affiliate link where users will be directed

   • Order: Set the display order (lower numbers appear first)

   • Status: Toggle whether the affiliate is active or inactive

3. Click "Create Affiliate" to save

Editing an Affiliate

To modify an existing affiliate:

1. Click the "Edit" button next to the affiliate you want to change

2. Update any of the information fields

3. Replace the logo if needed by uploading a new image

4. Click "Update Affiliate" to save changes

Deleting an Affiliate

To remove an affiliate:

1. Click the "Delete" button next to the affiliate you want to remove

2. Confirm the deletion in the popup dialog

3. The affiliate will be permanently removed

Reordering Affiliates

You can change the display order of affiliates by:

1. Hovering over the drag handle (≡) icon on the left of each row

2. Clicking and dragging to reposition the affiliate

3. The new order is automatically saved

Tips for Success

• Use clear, high-contrast logos that look good on dark backgrounds

• Keep benefit descriptions concise and compelling

• Set logical order numbers for consistent display

• Ensure redirect URLs are valid and up-to-date

• Use the active/inactive toggle to temporarily hide affiliates without deleting them

Troubleshooting

• If images aren't displaying, ensure they're under 2MB and in a supported format

• Check that redirect URLs include "https://" for proper linking

• If drag-and-drop reordering isn't working, refresh the page
